How are you handling the Ipe price increases this year?

My main supplier just bumped Ipe pricing by about 12% for Q1 2025. Select grade 5/4x6 is now $12.50/BF. I'm eating into my margins on projects I quoted last fall. How is everyone else handling this? Are you adding escalation clauses to your contracts? Switching to Cumaru for budget-conscious clients?
