Showcase: Multi-level Ipe deck with outdoor kitchen — Scottsdale, AZ

Completed this project in February — perfect timing before the Arizona heat kicks in. 1,200 sq ft total across three levels with an outdoor kitchen island wrapped in Ipe cladding. Full stainless steel outdoor kitchen setup.

This is a desert climate project so we used wider gaps (1/4") and applied two coats of Penofin UV-Guard immediately. The dry heat out here is tough on finishes.

Used all 316 SS fasteners, face-screwed with DeckWise trim heads. Client wants the natural weathered look eventually but wanted to start with the brown color for the first year.

Project came in at $68,000 all-in. Biggest hardwood project I've ever done.
