Garapa vs Cumaru for a pool surround — thoughts?

Got a client who wants tropical hardwood around their in-ground pool. About 500 sq ft total. They like the lighter color of Garapa but I'm leaning toward Cumaru for the added density and durability around all that water and pool chemicals. Price difference is about $1,200 on this project. What would you recommend?
