Deck board replacement — matching old Ipe color

Got called back to a 4-year-old Ipe deck where one board needs replacing (homeowner dropped something heavy and cracked it). The existing deck has weathered to a beautiful silver-gray. New Ipe boards are obviously dark brown. Is there any way to accelerate the weathering on the replacement board so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb for the next year?
