Ipe oil stain on concrete — how to remove?

During a recent finish application, some DeckWise Ipe Oil dripped onto the client's light-colored stamped concrete patio below the deck. Left dark stains. I've tried pressure washing and a concrete degreaser but the stains are still visible. Anyone have a solution? Client is understandably upset.
